KHIE strives to maintain optimal performance of its system and will periodically conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can expect to be notified of scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
Once the maintenance has been successfully performed, the system will be available for use. We recognize the value KHIE brings and want to ensure our system performs optimally. Temporary Disruption: Immunization Data currently not displaying in the KHIE Portal
Our team recently identified an issue with how immunization data is being displayed in the KHIE Portal Clinical Information App. Resolving this issue is our highest priority. We acknowledge that the immunization page in the portal being unavailable may impede your clinical workflow, especially in the midst of the respiratory virus season. We are working with our technology vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please refer to the Kentucky Immunization Registry for any patient immunization data you may require.
