KHIE strives to maintain optimal performance of its system and will periodically conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.   You can expect to be notified of scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.  

Once the maintenance has been successfully performed, the system will be back online and available for use.  We recognize the value KHIE brings to you and want you to know that we are working to ensure our system performs optimally.  We appreciate your patience during this time.  If you experience any issues with the KHIE system or with logging into the KHIE Portal, please email us at KHIESupport@ky.gov.​​​
