KHIE System Maintenance

​Please review the following information regarding upcoming maintenance:

KHIE strives to maintain optimal performance of its system and will periodically conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.   On Friday evenings and some Saturdays, the KHIE ePartnerViewer will undergo scheduled maintenance to improve performance.  Regarding scheduled maintenance times, you can expect to be notified in a timely manner.  Additionally, the maintenance details will be included here and in the Announcements section in the ePartnerViewer.

Once the maintenance has been successfully performed, the system will be back online and available for use.  We appreciate your patience during this time.  We recognize the value KHIE brings to you and want you to know that we are working to ensure our system performs optimally.

In an effort to better inform our KHIE Participants of future system downtimes, we are providing the following dates for upcoming scheduled downtimes. Please note that these are tentative.  You will be notified as we become aware of any changes.
